Ideal for those who have strength training experience and prefer to train independently following a customised training program.
Introductory Strength Workshop
A 3-hour workshop for individuals 40 and above who want to learn how to lift safely, confidently, and without intimidation.
We’ll cover the foundations of strength training and introduce the barbell squat, bench, and deadlift - with an approach that prioritises technique, understanding, and respect for your body.
